A highly focused, motivated family in Blue Bell, PA, seeks an organized, proactive, and personable Personal/Executive Assistant to support both personal and professional aspects of their lives. The Principal owns a successful children’s dentistry practice, and with three children attending college out of state, this role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of both their household and business.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000k+ yearly salary, depending on experience
  • Benefits: Full Medical Benefits, 8 paid sick/personal days, 5 vacation days (increasing to 10 after 2 years), mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Organize daily appointments, meetings, and personal engagements to ensure optimal time management.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and prioritized responses.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange seamless domestic and international travel, handling flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Errands & Household Management: Assist with errands, shopping, and household needs, coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  • Event Planning: Help plan and organize personal events and gatherings, managing invitations, RSVPs, and logistics.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Office Culture & Management: Organize team-building activities for the dentistry practice, manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Social Media Management: Collaborate on creating social media content for the practice.
  • Meeting Preparation & Bookkeeping: Prepare agendas and presentations, manage QuickBooks files, write checks, and maintain financial records.
  • Confidential Document Handling: Ensure sensitive and personal information is well-organized and handled discreetly.
  • Household Coordination: Schedule maintenance, manage deliveries, and ensure smooth household operations.

Required Qualifications:

Age:
Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

Experience:
Related work experience is required along with verifiable references. Candidates may have a broad range of experience, but it MUST pertain to the position you are applying for. We require at least 2-3 verifiable references. Letters of recommendation from previous employers are preferred.

Driving Record:
A driver’s license is required for most positions and a motor vehicle investigation is completed prior to placement.

Criminal Background:
A criminal background investigation is completed on all candidates prior to placement.

Residency Requirement:
All candidates must furnish proof of US citizenship or eligibility to work as a legal alien.

Commitment:
Typically, candidates must be willing to commit for at least 1 year with a family. Occasionally, temporary and summer placements are requested.
