Estate Care Account Manager

We are looking for a full time Estate Care Account Manager, responsible for the direct management and oversight of an assigned client base.  We provide the highest level of household service to deliver exceptional care to our principals that will bring long term value to the company. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in estate management, a solid understanding of property maintenance and household operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide the day-to-day, on-site service for a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all systems are operating as they should be, responding to special requests from clients, and overall management/oversight for everything that is needed in the home.

• Daily operation of sophisticated homes with state of the art living systems
• Coordinate and scheduling of all subcontractors and vendors of all trades for regular and seasonal maintenance and repairs
• Manage all subcontractors and vendors to ensure that work is satisfactory and completed
• Manage and supervise small renovation projects such as bathroom and kitchen renovations
• Home preparation for the opening of properties and winterization for the closing
• Maintain and manage vehicles and watercraft
• Plan and execute special events
• Ensure security measures are effective & well maintained, conduct property inspections to ensure the estate’s upkeep and security

Skills & Requirements:

• Extensive trade knowledge and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, Pool/Spa, Audio/Visual systems, Interior hardware, Plumbing, Landscape, Electrical
• Hands-on work for routine fixes of mechanical and cosmetic issues
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing tasks, excellent time management and communication skills
• Team player & supportive coworker
• Maintain a positive and productive relationship with the clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Maintain strict client confidentiality
• Computer and digital communication abilities
• 5 + years in residential Estate Care/Property management
