Full-time Live-in (Nanny for Newborn) job offer in Abu Dhabi, UAE

A lovely British couple based in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a caring and experienced Live-in Nanny to assist in looking after their newborn baby.

The nanny will work closely with the mother, providing daily support in caring for the baby and helping to maintain a nurturing and safe environment. This position is ideal for someone kind, warm, and genuinely passionate about working with infants.

Responsibilities

Provide full care for the newborn, including, bathing, diaper changing, and sleep routines.
Support the mother with day-to-day baby-related tasks.
Monitor the baby’s development and overall well-being.
Keep the baby’s environment clean and organized (nursery, clothing, bottles, etc.).
Assist with basic baby food preparation; general cooking skills are a plus.
Ensure the baby’s safety at all times.
Join family outings when needed.
Communicate openly with the parents about the child’s progress and needs.

Requirements

Experience working with newborns or infants (Minimum 5 years of experience).
Kind, patient, and nurturing personality.
Trustworthy and discreet.
Good level of spoken English.
Basic cooking ability is a bonus.
Ability to follow a structured routine and adapt when necessary.
Willing to live in and work flexible hours.

Work conditions

Live-in role within the family’s home.
Start Date: July 28, 2025.
Working Hours: Full-time, up to 7:00 pm. Flexibility is essential.
Time Off: 1 day off per week.
Accommodation provided.
UAE residency visa sponsorship.
Medical insurance and annual flight ticket provided in line with UAE labor law.

Salary

4,000 – 5,000 AED per month, depending on experience and qualifications
