Live In or Live Out Nanny- Greenwich, CT

Location: Greenwich, CT 

Schedule: Full Time 

Salary: $30-$35/Hour 

About the Role:
A loving family in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny to provide exceptional care for their three children. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with two weekday nannies already on staff and take primary responsibility for the children during evenings and weekends. This is a long-term position for a professional who is passionate about childcare, highly organized, and adaptable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care to three children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
• Assist with morning and bedtime routines, including bathing, dressing, and storytime.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to foster learning and creativity.
• Supervise meals and snacks, ensuring proper nutrition and good table manners.
• Coordinate school schedules, extracurricular activities, and playdates as needed.
• Maintain a tidy and organized environment in the children’s play areas, bedrooms, and shared spaces.
• Launder and organize the children’s clothing and linens.
• Prepare light meals and snacks for the children as needed.
• Assist with packing/unpacking for travel or day trips.
• Work closely with the team of one other nanny and a housekeeper.
• Communicate daily with the parents and other staff members to provide updates on the children’s schedules, milestones, and needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional nanny experience, preferably with UHNW families.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive, energetic, and proactive personality.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Work closely with the team of one other nanny and a housekeeper.
• Communicate daily with the parents and other staff members to provide updates on the children’s schedules, milestones, and needs.
