Live in Driving Passport Ready nanny needed for a loving family in Puerto Rico. The family is looking for someone who is full of life and professional. Someone who had a big heart and is looking to settle down, and be devoted to their family, service oriented culture or proven professional experinece would be a huge plus. It is also a must that they be able to travel (up to 3 months mostly in summer) and can swim, drive, and be comfortable in the Caribbean heat. The nanny will be responsible for preparing meals for the two year old boy so must have experience in doing so. Lastly, the child is at a stage that he is becoming more independent, and they want someone who has toddler experience, possibly Montessori experience, to help him learn life skills for himself and potty training. They are looking for a positive person who can help them raise a good kid, make their lives easier, and be a good partner.
At the moment the job is only for the 2 year old but they hope to add to their family in the next year and after the NCS stage, they will be watching both kids. You will have our own personal residence which is a 3 bedroom/2bath, a car for work and personal use, during travel time you will live in and have a private room.
The schedule is:
Tuesday/Wednesday- 7am to 6:30pm
Thursday 7am to 3:30pm
Friday 7am to 6:30pm
Saturday 7am to 2:30pm
The child is in preschool from 8:30am to 11:30am and most days you can have this time to yourself at your residence which is close to the preschool. The family will need more flexibility when they travel and may need a split schedule with help in the mornings, a large break, and help in the evenings. The family will offer 20 days of paid time off, full medical and dental ins. and a salary between $85-100k, job starts March 1 but they can be flexible for right fit.
Must be covid vaccinated and boosted, and ok with a yearly flu shot
