Compensation: The family is offering a competitive hourly rate of $30 - $35 per hour depending on experience.
Benefits: The family will provide benefits including 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses on week), paid major federal holidays, 5 paid sick days, and a monthly healthcare stipend if needed.

The family is seeking an organized, patient, and proactive nanny who has experience with infants and managing their needs. Responsibilities include providing attentive and nurturing care for a 4 month old baby girl, supporting the baby’s development by incorporating learning into daily activities, unloading the dishwasher, assisting with cleaning pump parts, baby laundry, and basic meal preparation. General tidying and organizing of the home is helpful, too. The ideal hire must be comfortable working in a home with a parent present. Compensation is a range between $30 - $35 per hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a four year college degree
- 3+ years of relevant childcare experience (specifically with infants)
- Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the United States
- A minimum of 3 outstanding childcare references
- A clean drive record and reliable vehicle
