 Household Manager & Personal Assistant

Location: Harrison, NY 
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with some flexibility) 
Compensation: $80K + healthcare (after 90 days) + PTO (2 weeks’ vacation + legal holidays) + year-end bonus 

Eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

A dynamic and upbeat businessman is seeking a super-organized, proactive, and dog-loving Household Manager & Personal Assistant to keep both home and office running smoothly! If you’re a multitasking wizard who thrives on organization, loves keeping things tidy, and can juggle both household and admin tasks with ease—this is for you. Bonus points if you can wrangle a to-do list like a pro and keep the snack stash stocked! 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 Household & Office Management: 

  • Keep the home and office in top shape—whether that’s light cleaning, managing a cleaning service, or making sure everything stays organized. 

  • Maintain a well-stocked pantry and household essentials (because running out of coffee is not an option). 

  • Handle errands like grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and making sure the pup is pampered with vet visits and grooming. 

  • Prepare or order tasty, healthy lunches for a small team (a mix of homemade and takeout).

 Organization & Scheduling: 

  • Implement and maintain organization systems for closets, storage, and workspaces. 

  • Coordinate household maintenance and vendor appointments.

 Personal Assistant Duties: 

  • Keep digital files, documents, and schedules in order. 

  • Stay on top of emails, texts, and online shopping (because we love efficiency). 

  • Help with bill payments, travel bookings, and appointment scheduling. 

What We’re Looking For:

 Must drive & have a car (we also have a staff vehicle)

 A proactive, go-getter personality—someone who sees what needs to be done and does it!

 Solid cooking & cleaning skills (nothing fancy—just organized and efficient)
 
?
 Tech-savvy with strong email, calendar, and online shopping skills
 
?
 Great communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude
 
?
 Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
 

Preferred (But Not Required): 

  • Prior experience in household management, hospitality, or personal assisting 

  • Meal planning/kitchen management skills (lunches only, nothing too fancy)
