| New York, NY, United States

Posted Date 9/11/2024
Description

We're seeking an exceptional Executive & Personal Assistant for a highly-influential and successful individual. This is a pivotal role, where you'll serve as the right hand to our client, who needs someone hungry for a fast-paced, ever-evolving challenge.

We're looking for an incredibly organized, detail-driven assistant, with experience working at the highest level. A significant portion of the role can be remote, but flexibility is essential as the principal travels extensively.

Our client travels frequently for personal and work. Experience in researching, filtering, and constantly reviewing trendy, tasteful, and design-forward itineraries for travel will be a priority when assessing a candidate for the principal.

Managing a complex, multi-time-zone calendar is crucial, requiring meticulous attention to detail to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

You'll represent the principal with the utmost discretion, humility, and professionalism. Strong communication skills, particularly in English, are essential. You'll handle correspondence with impeccable professionalism and ensure all interactions are handled with poise.

Proven longevity in previous roles is a must.

The position is based in New York, USA, and will have a slight preference to candidates who can be in person, but hybrid/remote will be considered for the right candidate. You'll need to be highly flexible with your working hours and available outside of standard business hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive EA/PA experience, ideally with UHNWI client/family (Ultra High-net-worth Individual)
  • Native-level English fluency with excellent communication skills
  • Mastery of managing complex, multi-time-zone diaries
  • Modern, forward-thinking approach to researching and booking travel itineraries
  • Driven, ambitious, and highly energetic
  • Impeccable organization, always thinking ahead
  • Ability to anticipate the principal's needs and work proactively
  • Excellent tech skills: Apple/Mac, Zoom, GSuite, Loom, Notion, etc.
  • Calm under pressure and able to adapt to constant change
  • Personable, with a natural ability to build strong relationships
  • U.S. work authorization
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong references
