Experienced Nanny for 13-Year-Old Twins (One with Special Needs) – Naples, FL

A private family in Naples is seeking a warm, responsible, and experienced nanny to care for their 13-year-old twins—one of whom has special needs. This is a long-term, live-out position ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable supporting adolescents in a structured but relaxed home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with the twins in a thoughtful, age-appropriate, and supportive manner
• Provide transportation to and from school, therapy sessions, extracurricular activities, and appointments
• Assist with homework, school projects, and organization
• Assist in coordinating play dates, doctors appointments, clothing needs and closet organization
• Offer consistent care and patience to support the child with special needs
• Travel with the family both domestically and internationally as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience working with school-aged children or teens
• Experience working with children with special needs (preferred but not required)
• Patient, nurturing, and dependable, with strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Educational background or familiarity with developmental differences is a plus
