Family of six looking for an exceptional Live-In Executive Housekeeper to manage the
housekeeping operations of a prestigious private residence. If you are a highly skilled professional

About the Role:
As our Live-In Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest
standards of cleanliness and organization while leading a team of dedicated staff. Your expertise
will ensure that our home remains a welcoming and comfortable sanctuary.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
? Inspire and manage a team of housekeeping professionals, providing training and
guidance to achieve excellence.
? Conduct weekly inspections to uphold our rigorous cleaning standards.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
? Oversee meticulous cleaning of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens,
and common spaces.
? Manage household supplies and inventory to ensure everything is always stocked
and organized.
? Clean and tidy the environment while children are preparing for bed.

Laundry & Wardrobe Management:
? Supervise laundry services, including washing, ironing, and organizing clothing and
linens.
? Assist with wardrobe management, ensuring clothing is well cared for and
organized.
? Prepare and pack luggage for travel, as well as unpack and organize luggage upon
return.

Dining & Kitchen Support:
? Prepare tables for meals, ensuring an inviting dining experience.
? Clean up after meals, including dishwashing and tidying up dining area.

Collaboration:
? Work closely with other household staff to create a seamless living environment.
? Maintain open communication with Principals regarding special requests and
operational concerns.

Budget Oversight:
? Assist in managing the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost-effective practices.

Special Projects:
? Creation of seasonal cleaning schedules
? Plan and execute deep cleaning and organization projects, ensuring every detail is addressed.
? Support event preparations and clean-up as required.

Qualifications:
? Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar high-level role.
? Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
? In-depth knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
? Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
? An unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
? Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
? Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
? Must pass a comprehensive background check.
