Our client, an UHNW Family in Miami, FL, is looking to hire an Estate Manger.
Please note: This role involves travel in the summer to their property in New York.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, and reservations.
- Maintain comprehensive household and personal calendars, scheduling appointments, events, and travel.
- Oversee household financial administration, including managing accounts, credit cards, and expense reporting for domestic staff.
- Administer payments to contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to agreements and quality of work.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all household-related inquiries and projects.
- Supervise and manage household staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement household policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Oversee property maintenance and renovations, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Manage household inventories and procurement of supplies.
- Coordinate special events and functions hosted at the estate.
- Implement and maintain organized systems for household records and information management, potentially utilizing project management software.
- Ensure the security and privacy of the estate and its occupants.
