A warm and loving couple on the Upper East Side is seeking a long-term nanny to care for their 2-month-old baby. They currently have a night nanny supporting them through July 10th. The candidate will begin at the end of June, and there will be a brief overlap period.

Focused on the child’s overall well-being—physical, emotional, and cognitive
Able to create enriching developmental and educational experiences
Punctual, dependable, and respectful of the family's routine and values
Someone who is highly engaged
Key Responsibilities:
Full care of infant Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Plan and engage in age-appropriate developmental activities
Support baby’s emotional and physical growth
Bottle cleaning, restocking supplies, managing baby inventory, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
Organizing playdates and suggesting developmental outings or activities
Open to feedback and comfortable taking direction from parents
Strong communication with family
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience with infants and as a nanny
CPR and first aid certified for infants and older children (non-negotiable)
Fully vaccinated
Must hold a valid U.S. passport
Non-smoker
Tech-savvy (for baby monitors, scheduling apps, etc.)
Spanish-speaking is a plus
Driver’s license is a plus
Swimming is a plus
Must love animals (the family has two cats)
Familiarity with the Upper East Side neighborhood preferred
Comfortable with travel
Benefits:
$35–$40/hour (depending on experience)
