We are a large, active family in Loudon County, VA, seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nanny to provide exceptional care for our two boys, ages 3 and 10, in a private and nurturing environment. Our household values discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to fostering a positive and stimulating atmosphere.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:00 AM- 6:00 PM
What you will be doing:
- Provide attentive, loving care for children, always ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Create and implement engaging educational and recreational activities tailored to the children's interests and developmental stages.
- Manage daily routines, including meal preparation, homework assistance, and transportation to activities, ensuring a structured yet flexible schedule.
- Collaborate with the Household manager to establish and maintain consistent communication guidelines and routines.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the children, encouraging their growth and development.
What We Require:
- Must be willing and able to be onsite Monday through Friday.
- 2+ years of domestic service experience.
- Preferred experience with household checklists and working under the direction of a Household manager.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role, preferably with high-profile families.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Preferably the Nanny will know about attention deficit disorder.
- Must follow a healthy diet during working hours. ( No candy, sweets, processed foods, or fast food.
- Nanny will have limited use of cell phones during working hours. (Texting, social media, Facetime.etc.)
- Must have a passport and be willing to travel.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be able to complete household duties, consisting of light housekeeping, keeping play areas clean, sanitized, and organized, children's laundry, and any additional duties at the House manager's request.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with children.
- First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred; additional childcare certifications are a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be comfortable around pets.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work with multiple personalities while ensuring harmony within our home
- Must have a track record of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
- Comfortable signing an NDA upon hiring.
