Sharp/quick up to date with modern tech (G Suite, Slack, Notion)

Able to manage well up and down

Willing to travel on occasion

KEY DUTIES

Manage day-to-day operations of home and personal admin of busy family

Coordinate and manage complex personal travel for the family (private and commercial, lodging & transport) 

Occasional travel to other residences both in state and out of state

Source, vet and manage vendor relationships

Manage art collection, installation, insurance, etc

Create household manuals, maintenance schedules, etc

Collaborate closely with household staff, EAs

Coordinate any personal events managing vendors, venue selection, invites, RSVPs, etc

Wardrobe management for family

Oversee any maintenance and repairs to ensure work is completed efficiently to standard and on budget 

Travel ahead to prepare homes for family use

Assist with packing & unpacking for travel 

Manage family calendar - schedule personal appointments for family members

Maintain inventories of personal items

Implement household systems and processes to maximize efficiency in home operations  

Run errands as needed

Oversee special projects as needed

 

SCHEDULE

Hybrid - at residences as needed, with the ability to work outside of traditional business hours as needed

 

COMP

175-225K, 100% healthcare, PTO, Discretionary YE bonus
