Private family in Sands Point, NY looking for a Full-Time Live-In OR Live-Out Housekeeper/Mother's Helper
Position Compensation
Salary: $25-30+/hr DOE (Roughly 50 hours/week) The hourly rate/salary is largely dependent on the candidates experience. Please feel free to send what you are seeking as it may be flexible.

The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a full-time Housekeeper/Nanny who is experienced, discreet, and professional. The ideal candidate will have an experience with full-housekeeping in large homes. In addition to housekeeping, the candidate should be comfortable with some childcare for our three girls (ages 5, 3, and 1) and enjoy working in a family environment. The position is roughly 60% housekeeping and 40% childcare. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine love for children and pets are essential. Strong references and a non-intrusive, respectful personality will make the candidate a perfect fit for our family. Duties will include: cleaning, housekeeping, organizing, family laundry, tidying, childcare, light cooking, etc.
What Works Best for the Family: Our family is looking for someone who can take charge of the housekeeping duties with minimal supervision while also being able to assisting with the children as needed. With the older two children out of the house for a significant part of the day and a stay-at-home mom who manages most of the childcare, we need someone who can seamlessly transition between housekeeping and childcare tasks. Infant experience is required. The ideal candidate should be a hard worker who is flexible with their schedule, enjoys a team-oriented environment, and can help maintain a warm and organized household. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to blend into our family dynamic are key to making this role successful.
