A private and lovely family in Palm Beach is looking to add an additional housekeeper to their team. The family has a longstanding Executive Housekeeper and 3 additional housekeepers that work with her. You’d be the 4th addition to our amazing team!
Other team members consist of: Chief of Staff, Business Liaison, House Manager, Assistant House Manager, Houseman, Personal Assistant, Chef, and Nanny.
ABOUT THE HOME:
Ocean front 27,000+ square foot primary residence, alternate residences are located out of state and will require your earnest willingness to travel ahead of the family to prepare the property and close the property up after travel. Travel will be required 30% of the year. The remainder of the year will be spent in the Palm Beach residence.
The desired weekly schedule during travel will be continuous with compensatory time off after travel. The desired weekly schedule while in the primary residence will likely be Tuesday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm, Wednesday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm, Thursday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm, Friday: 4:00pm – 12:00am and Saturday: 2:00pm – 11:30pm. Flexibility is a must, as the schedule can and will change.
You have experience with high-end homes and a keen understanding of how to be in a space while not impacting the family occupying the space. You can work independently with supportive direction and oversight from the executive housekeeper. You desire to work with a team for one purpose, supporting the principals. You have a generous and willing spirit and are fulfilled in serving your team and your principals.
Detailed daily cleaning and organizing of interior rooms including outdoor areas, care of fine furnishings, laundry, ironing of household linens and clothing, making beds and changing linens, household projects, monthly deep cleaning, assist chef with juice & drinking water preparation, nightly turndown.
