We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Front of House Manager to lead front-of-house operations on a private island in the Exumas. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, coordinating events, and overseeing the hosting team to the highest standards. Ideal candidate lives in South Florida, for proximity. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all guests, ensuring a world-class hospitality experience from arrival to departure

• Oversee and coordinate daily hosting, guest itineraries, events, and special requests

• Work cross-departmentally with F&B, operations, and interior teams to ensure seamless service

• Lead a team of hosts and event staff, setting service standards and ensuring consistent excellence

• Coordinate private events, dinners, weddings, and celebrations with creativity and precision

• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service offerings

• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and vendor relations

• Ensure all guest-facing areas are maintained to 5-star standards at all times

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of high-end hospitality or UHNW service experience (private estates, luxury resorts, or yachts)

• Strong background in F&B and guest service protocols

• Experience leading service staff and coordinating high-level events

• Professional, polished, and discreet with excellent communication skills

• Able to thrive in a remote setting and flexible with long hours, weekends, and holidays
