Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but is not limited to):

• Care for a 15,000 square ft property on 5 acres with a large pond feature 
• Keeping track of various inventories at property and in some cases sending reports to business management
• Managing and meeting all vendors coming and going from property
• Planning and scheduling all preventative maintenance for property
• Arranging necessary repairs, services, and maintenance for  property
• Distributing NDAs to vendors, ensuring they are signed prior to arrival, and properly storing these
• Handling trash at each property
• Making sure properties are clear of downed trees, limbs, and general debris
• Helping principal with bags on property (including guests)
• Unloading groceries 
• Overseeing and moving vehicles on property 
• On site for all events 

Skills/Experience/Education 

• Previous experience working as a houseman and/or property manager is required
• Comfortability with Cats
• Self starter 
• Strong Critical Thinking 
• Adaptable in a variety of situations 
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
