Description

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to a busy couple.

The ideal candidate will be smart, capable of becoming an integral part of the couple's support team, and available to start immediately. This role requires a 24/7 mentality and the flexibility to travel.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Select and arrange tableware and flower arrangements for events and daily use.
  • Household Management: Manage the schedules of nannies, and other household staff, assist in execution of tasks as needed, directed by the House  Manager.
  • Reservations and Appointments: Make reservations for restaurants, events, and travel; schedule and coordinate doctors' appointments.
  • Travel Coordination: Act as a liaison with the travel agent; accompany family on travels as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle email correspondence, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for the family and household.
  • Errand Running: Run personal errands as needed, including shopping, dry cleaning, and other tasks.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and bill payments.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding personal and professional matters.
  • Communications: Act as a point of contact for various stakeholders, filtering information to the appropriate parties.
  • Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Tech Support: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure that all devices and software are up-to-date.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize social events and gatherings, including logistics and vendor coordination.
  • Household Supplies: Manage the inventory of household supplies and ensure timely restocking.
  • Pet Care: Assist with basic pet care as needed, including feeding, grooming, occasional supervision, and purchasing pet supplies and food.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, business hours with flexibility
