Energetic Weekend Nanny for Active Jet-Setting San Francisco Family

Compensation: $40 per hour range (DOE), guaranteed hours, paid time off
Schedule: Schedule: Guaranteed 20-25 hours per week. Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with occasional OT until 10PM) Saturday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sunday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
About the Family: This warm professional couple splits their time between two cities and is currently based in San Francisco as they await the arrival of their second child. They maintain a healthy, active lifestyle with structured routines and a busy social calendar. Consistency is extremely important to the family, especially regarding schedules and routines.
The family is searching for an energetic and reliable nanny to join their childcare team and complement their Au Pair who works Monday-Thursday.

About the Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate loves outdoor activities and facilitating social interactions through playground visits, music classes, and organized playdates. The ideal candidate will create a safe and encouraging space for the child to thrive in exploration, socialization, and structured activities.
The ideal candidate will share in the family's approach to nutrition with organic, home-cooked meals using no processed foods or unhealthy snacks.
The ideal candidate is passport ready and available to support the family's travel, including extended summer stays in various locations, as well as some weekend trips to their second home.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have 5+ years of newborn care and family assistant experience
- Must sign and comply with NDA and honor confidentiality
- Must successfully complete meticulous vetting process
- Must successfully complete extensive local, National and federal background checks
- Must be able to legally work in the US
- Must have safe, reliable transportation and clean driving records
- Must have 3+ professional positive available references from previous employers
