ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a full time house manager/family assistant for a high profile family based in Nashville.

Regular Tasks For This Role

  • Running errands
  • Grocery Shopping
  • Home and Office Organization
  • Oversight over shipping and receiving packages
  • Prepping principals for travel
  • Calendar management for both principals
  • Sending principals pertinent reminders of meetings, phone calls, events, birthdays, appointments, etc
  • Booking appointments
  • Making reservations
  • Assisting with gifting needs
  • Arranging necessary repairs, services and maintenance
  • Scheduling and overseeing estate vendors
  • Scheduling and overseeing home improvement projects at the principal’s home
  • Creating and maintaining a “Property Bible”
  • Keeping track of inventory at the home and making sure key items are always in stock
  • Organizing files and information, personal and home related
  • Taking direction from both principals and understanding what needs are urgent and how to prioritize tasks
  • Stocking organizing the tour bus
  • Working closely with the principal’s full team to accomplish macro and micro goals

 

 

Skills/Experience/Education

  • Previous experience working as a house manager or personal assistant for a high profile individual is preferred
  • Previous experience touring is a bonus
  • Self Starter
  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills
  • Adaptability in a variety of situations
  • Ability to read a room
