Part-Time Virtual Assistant Needed for Client

Schedule: Guaranteed 20 hours per week to begin (looking for a candidate who can offer a large amount of flexibility)
Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone Required) (New England Preferred)
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $50 - $55 per hour, with some flexibility for the right candidate, DOE.
We’re seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Virtual Assistant to support an individual who is originally from MA but is currently in Vermont, and who is currently navigating through a separation with their partner. The ideal candidate is deeply trustworthy, patient, calm under pressure, tech-savvy, and has experience working with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals.
For the beginning of this position, you’ll be joining an existing support structure and will collaborate closely with the client’s current assistant during the transition phase as the assistant transitions to working primarily with the wife.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully collaborate with current assistant
- Assist with separating joint accounts and opening new accounts
- Support the process of securing a relocation/retiree visa
- Provide hands-on iPhone support (including app navigation and troubleshooting), this client is not tech savvy at all- huge need
- Oversee and manage home security systems
- Schedule and manage personal appointments
- Book domestic and international travel
- Coordinate vehicle registration and renewals
- Conduct targeted research as needed
- Handle bill payment setup and monitoring
You MUST Have:
- Be tech savvy and patient
- Direct experience supporting HNWI
- Several years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Demonstrated experience with part-time or freelance roles (applicants with only full-time employment histories will not be considered)
- A kind, patient demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Comfort and cultural alignment with a Northeastern U.S. lifestyle
- Residency in the Eastern Time Zone
- A proven track record of reliability, confidentiality, and trustworthiness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with clients who are not tech-savvy
- Based in New England as this client is originally from Massachusetts but is now located in Vermont so this will be a good personality fit
- Flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to the client’s evolving needs
