A welcoming and energetic family living in Stocksund, a peaceful and prestigious suburb just minutes from central Stockholm, is looking for a professional Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper (M/F) to become a long-term member of their household.

This is a minimum 3-year commitment in a well-structured home where respect, open communication, and an active lifestyle are valued. The family consists of two busy working parents and three vibrant children aged 9, 7, and 3.

Responsibilities

Childcare Duties:

School and daycare drop-offs/pick-ups (older children walk independently)
Create a warm and engaging environment for the children during parents’ absences
Prepare healthy and balanced meals for the children
Occasional babysitting during evenings or family trips

Housekeeping Duties:

General household cleaning and tidying
Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
Family meal preparation and grocery inventory
Running errands and assisting with daily routines

Travel Support:

Accompany the family on international and domestic holidays when required

Requirements

Proven experience in both childcare and housekeeping roles
Fluent in English (Swedish not required)
Naturally warm and patient, with a strong sense of responsibility
Proactive, detail-focused, and well-organized
Comfortable following routines and adapting to feedback
Flexible and able to travel when needed
Must hold a valid driving license
Right to work in the EU or eligibility for Swedish visa sponsorship (preferred)

Work Schedule: Full-time with flexibility during school terms and holidays
