A busy CEO is looking for a goal driven Executive Assistant to be all-hands-on in both personal and business endeavors. Prefer applicants with paralegal expericence. The Executive Assistant must have a true passion for supporting others. The role requires assistance with the day-to-day operations of seamlessly managing executives growing business schedule while also managing personal family schedule. This job requires incredible organization for the ever-changing business and personal schedules, staying one step ahead on appointments, keeping CEO incredibly organized, and on time to all appointments. The Assistant must be tech savvy with Apple/Mac computers and products. The Executive Assistant must be a proactive thinker wiith the keen ability to plan ahead and anticipate. In addition, the Executive Assistant must be detail-oriented with exceptional communication and time management skills. The position requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and independent judgment in order to fully support the CEO. As a collaborative colleague, the Executive Assistant is not an information junkie. As a team player, the Executive Assistant creates helpful instructional information for colleagues so all team members may provide a smooth experience for the CEO. With a heart of service, the Executive Assistant is happy to pitch in and help wherever is needed to provide the ultimate outcome. The CEO is looking for someone who wants to be a part of the organization for years to come, but also understands and respects healthy boundaries.

Executive Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing correspondence and documents including spreadsheets.
  • Attending calls and meetings.
  • Coordinating schedules and calendar management.
  • Scheduling personal and business appointments.
  • Capturing and recording contact information.
  • Booking all travel, rental vehicles, and hotel accommodations.
  • Creating detailed trip itineraries and shared notes.
  • Errands including personal shopping and returns.
  • Executing special requests including gifting.
  • Processing mail and packages.
  • Helping with special events and party planning for business and personal dinners, social gatherings, and philanthropic events.

The applicant must have flexibility to travel domestically to various CEO locations as needed. The position requires 24 hour access. Salary based on experience. Health insurance available, PTO, and 401(k) included. 

Requirements: Applicants must have 5+ years of professional experience supporting a high networth executive. Excellent references required from current and/or former employers.
