Our clients are looking for a warm, highly experienced nanny (M/F) to support the care and development of their newborn baby girl during an unforgettable year-long journey across Europe, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia. This exceptional job offer is perfect for a nurturing and emotionally intelligent professional who enjoys hands-on family dynamics and values cultural exploration.

The position includes travel across several destinations with longer stays at selected bases, culminating in a return to the United Kingdom in April 2026.

Start date: Mid-May to June 2025

Interviews: In Dubai, from 3rd to 28th April 2025

Schedule: Up to 45 hours per week, flexibly distributed based on the baby's routine and family travel plans

Responsibilities

  • Daily newborn care: feeding, settling, changing, and fostering a calm, loving atmosphere
  • Support with sleep routines and training
  • Developmental play, sensory stimulation, and milestone tracking
  • Early-stage nutrition and weaning assistance
  • Nursery organization, laundry, and hygiene
  • Preparing and managing the baby’s travel essentials across destinations
  • Daytime care, occasional evening support, and night feed coverage as needed

 

A weekly rota will be agreed in advance, with two full weekends off per month guaranteed. Overnight hours are balanced with time off in lieu to ensure a sustainable rhythm.

Requirements

  • Professional nanny qualification (e.g., Norland or equivalent)
  • Native or fluent English speaker with familiarity with British/Western etiquette
  • Extensive experience with newborns, including sleep training
  • Certified in Paediatric First Aid and Infant CPR
  • Emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and proactive
  • Discreet, well-organised, and enthusiastic about travel
  • Comfortable in a collaborative home with engaged parents
  • Dog-friendly (family travels with three gentle dogs)
  • Holds a valid passport for travel to Europe, UAE, and Australia

Work conditions

  • Paid via Dubai-based company with visa sponsorship and full health insurance
  • Contract: 12 months, with the option to transition into a UK-based role in Marlow and Belgravia (live-in or live-out) starting April 2026
  • Accommodation: Private rooms in villas and chalets, plus a private studio apartment in Dubai
  • Transport: Car provided in the UK and Europe; all travel costs covered elsewhere
  • Leave: Four weeks of paid holiday plus local public holidays
  • Bonus: End-of-contract discretionary bonus
