Job Title: Full-Time Live-In Nanny
Location: San Juan, Condado, Puerto Rico
Schedule: Full-Time, Live-In (5.5–6 days/week with flexibility; includes possible night coverage)
Child: One child, baby boy, age 3 months

Job Overview

A loving and professional family in the Condado area of San Juan is seeking a warm, experienced, and engaging Live-In Nanny to provide exceptional care for their infant son. The family values kindness, humility, and collaboration, and hopes to find a team player who is passionate about early childhood development and has a long-term commitment in mind.

The ideal candidate is nurturing, organized, and comfortable supporting an infant’s developmental milestones through play, routine, and gentle structure. While formal training in Montessori, Muse, or Waldorf philosophy is a plus, it is not required, what matters most is a genuine passion for caregiving and a calm, proactive presence.

The family travels during the summer (including trips to Idaho for camping or Hawaii for resort stays), so the nanny should be comfortable with both rustic and luxury travel environments. A private suite with separate entrances will be provided.

This is a long-term opportunity with a flexible schedule and the chance to become part of a warm, respectful household. A connection to Puerto Rico or the island lifestyle is welcomed.

  • Support transitions such as sleep training, crawling, and other milestones
  • Travel with the family when needed (domestic and international)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional nanny experience, ideally with infants
  • Prior live-in experience strongly preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or additional language fluency is a plus
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel
  • Calm, nurturing, and flexible personality
  • Non-smoker; clean background check and excellent references

  • Salary: $100,000 – $120,000+ per year, depending on experience
