Busy executive couple with school-aged children who live in Manhattan and summer in The Hamptons seek an excellent and meticulous full-time Private Chef to prepare Lunches and Dinners primarily Tuesday through Saturday. Responsibilities include menu planning, shopping, keeping pantry organized and refrigerators stocked, cooking, serving and cleaning up. Favorite cuisines are vegetarian and Pescatarian, fresh/organic farm-to-table, California and Mediterranean. Principals enjoy entertaining once or twice a week. A positive attitude and low-key personality will fit in nicely with this professionally run household. Candidates MUST have 3+ years' experience working as a Private Chef in a household, have excellent references and be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
