We are seeking an exceptional Estate Manager to join a prominent family’s team in suburban Detroit, Michigan. This is a unique opportunity for a resourceful, experienced professional who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment and is ready to set the standard for bespoke, high-touch service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire a small team-including two tech-savvy Personal Assistants and other staff
• Use your well-developed international network to curate extraordinary experiences, from high-end travel and private shopping to exclusive events and memorable family moments
• Manage property maintenance and develop a roster of trusted and vetted vendors with the utmost discretion and professionalism
• Set and uphold the highest standards of service, leading the estate team and serving as the air traffic controller for the family’s needs

Who We’re Looking For

• A seasoned Estate Manager of Chief of Staff with a proven track record or leading successful teams in the private service space
• A global citizen - someone who has traveled extensively and knows how and where to source the very best of everything
• A natural leader, mentor, and coach, able to nurture young talent and elevate the entire team’s performance
• Impeccable taste
• Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating vendors
• Experience orchestrating both intimate gatherings and grand events
