Description

Busy Upper West Side principal is seeking a high level, live-out Estate Manager/Executive Personal Assistant to manage multiple homes and support principal with personal and business tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: manage vendors and staff at all properties, manage calendar including coordinating family schedules, set up travel (hotels, flights, car services), create and manage household budgets, proactively schedule service to ensure home systems are working at all properties, bill paying, reconcile credit cards, liaise with company CFO, lawyers and accountants, ensure car insurance and maintenance are up to date, run errands, do personal shopping, maintain contact lists, plan events, general administrative tasks, and pet care for one dog when needed. Must be tech savvy and have experience working with QuickBooks. Also must be detailed, organized, proactive, trustworthy, and have a strong work ethic. Need to be flexible to travel to homes in NJ, VT and Nantucket as well as company office in North Jersey. Mon-Fri, about 40 hours per week. Hours TBD. Salary $150k-$175k DOE, health insurance and paid time off.
