I’m currently looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Luxury Travel & Aviation Assistant to support me in planning and managing high-end travel and private aviation logistics for a private, high-net-worth family. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and a love for creating exceptional travel experiences.

The ideal person is proactive, resourceful, and has a solid understanding of luxury travel, top-tier hospitality, and private aviation coordination. You’ll help handle everything from researching the best five-star hotels and restaurants to assisting with private flight arrangements and last-minute itinerary changes.

 What You’ll Be Helping With:

  • Assisting with private jet scheduling and flight planning for a part 91 operation, including working with our flight crew, operators, FBOs, and vendors
  • Researching and booking luxury hotels, private villas, restaurants, and unique experiences
  • Helping create polished, detailed itineraries and maintaining up-to-date travel documents
  • Coordinating ground transportation, special requests, and day-to-day travel logistics
  • Tracking travel preferences and making sure everything is handled with a personal touch
  • Communicating with vendors and service providers to confirm all bookings and special arrangements
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

 What I’m Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury travel, aviation support, or high-level executive assistance preffered
  • A genuine interest and familiarity with high-end hospitality, fine dining, and exclusive destinations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re someone who follows through and thinks ahead
  • Comfortable working with travel booking tools, Outlook, creating PDF files 
  • Flexible availability and responsiveness (some evening/weekend work may come up)
  • A calm, problem-solving attitude when plans change or things get busy
  • Trustworthy and respectful of confidentiality at all times
