Portuguese Family PA/House Manager wanted in Lisbon, Portugal – Start ASAP
We are on the hunt for a discreet and proactive PA/House Manager to help out a HNW family in their home in Lisbon.
One of the duties will be walking the dog, so an animal lover and calm nature is a must. Other responsibilities include running errands, helping with taxes for the cars, making sure the household is running smoothly, dealing with contractors, liaising with their UK based PA, responding to emails and other light admin duties.
On the odd occasion, the PA/House Manager must be comfortable and happy to care for the young children to help mum if the nanny is sick or on annual leave.
The role will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm however, the occasional weekend may be required if the client isn’t home to walk the dog.
The ideal candidate will be motivated with the initiative to pre-empt tasks and issues whilst having warm and friendly persona.
