Location: Primarily based in Dallas, TX, with travel to Costa Rica, the US, Ibiza, Switzerland, UK and more.
Package: $70,000 - $80,000 basic, annual performance related bonus, various perks and accommodation.
About the Role:
As the Senior Traveling Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the personal and professional needs of the principal, who embraces a lifestyle centered around health, fitness, and well-being. You’ll collaborate with other assistants and household staff to maintain exceptional standards of organisation, discretion, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities, appointments, and events for the principal.
- Manage travel logistics, personal belongings, and wardrobe organisation.
- Act as the central point of contact for communication with Chief of Staff & household staff.
- Maintain and organise personal documents, inventory, and special requests.
- Travel with or ahead of the principal to ensure seamless trip logistics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role, showcasing exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ex yacht crew preferably who have some land-based experience.
- Fluent in English (bonus points for Spanish, Italian, or Russian).
- Flexibility to travel globally and adapt to a fast-paced role.
This is a role which will involve travel for around 50% of the year.
