Duties include: 

• Manage day to day affairs of residence; bring consistency to standards, procedures, and services
• Travel with the family when needed to their additional residences or elsewhere
• Working alongside family chef to ensure proper service, timeliness of meals and proper table settings
• Be a liaison, alongside the Estate Manager, between the Principals and domestic staff
• Ensure all indoor and outdoor areas of the residence are properly maintained and presentable at all times
• Monitor and manage smart home technology for residence
• Wardrobe management, packing & unpacking for all travel
• Manage household inventories, expenses, and budgets
• Plan special dinners and events as well as serve family and their guests during such events
• Scheduling and coordination of vendors
• Manage and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules, fine art, antiques, and wine cellar
• Errands and personal shopping for family as needed
• Ensure inventory continuity between home including keeping principles favorites stocked
• Chauffer as needed for the principals/family
