  • Provide access to and coordinate with vendors and service providers as directed

  • Run errands including local pickups, deliveries, and supply shopping

  • Receive, unpack, and organize packages and household deliveries

  • Help track and restock household inventory and supplies

  • Maintain household vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and ready for use

  • Assist with organizing storage areas, pantries, and closets

  • Support seasonal projects such as the setup and breakdown of holiday décor

  • Prepare household spaces for guest arrivals and support during in-home events

  • Greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide light hospitality support as needed

  • Maintain awareness of property access and log vendor or visitor activity

  • Assist housekeeping staff with light cleaning duties as needed

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and Spanish speaking ability

  • Mindset: Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn under professional guidance

  • Technical Comfort: Familiar with smart home systems or handheld devices

  • Requirements: Valid in-state driver’s license; relevant certifications a plus
