Role Summary

A culturally engaged Southlake family is looking for a Personal Assistant to elevate their daily life, aesthetic environment, and social ecosystem. This role blends art collecting with lifestyle management for a well-traveled and loving family. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, passionate about art, and has refined tastes and cultural understandings.

 

Primary Responsibilities

Art Collection Support 

  •  Liaise with galleries, auction houses, advisors, and framers
  • Track acquisitions, provenance, invoices, consignments, and insurance
  • Oversee packing, shipping, installation, storage, climate-control vendors, and securitys
  • Conduct research and curate art book library 

 

Household Management and Lifestyle Enhancement

  • Work with House Manager and cleaning staff to enhance the daily life of the family
  • Plan birthday parties, social gatherings, holidays, and celebrations
  • Work with vendors including caterers, musicians, florists, rental companies, and photographers
  • Maintain year-round gifting calendar
  • Assist with wardrobe organization, shopping, lookbooks, donations etc
  • In charge of weekly floral program and scent management according to season and events

 

Luxury Travel Coordination

  • Curate global itineraries—hotels, villas, drivers, cultural experiences
  • Secure event reservations, behind-the-scenes access, exclusive experiences 
  • Prepare travel briefs, packing lists, visas, concierge communications, and local guides

 

 Interior Design & Aesthetic Oversight

  • Liaise with designers, architects, builders, and fabricators
  • Research and suggest furnishings, finishes, textiles, art placement, antiques, commissions, and décor
  • Manage samples, mood boards, bids, installations, white-glove deliveries, approvals

 

 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Art History, Design, Fashion, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years supporting UHNW families, art collectors, luxury hospitality, high-end gallery, interior design, or PR firms
  • Solid knowledge of modern and contemporary art, museums, design, architecture, fashion, and cultural trends
  • Exceptional taste, discretion, emotional intelligence, and social sophistication
  • Highly organized, anticipatory, calm under pressure, deadline-driven
  • Flexible schedule, evenings/weekends/travel when needed
  • Tech-fluent: Google Suite, Apple ecosystem, basic graphic design software, calendar management
