Active, fun family seeking an experienced Estate Manager who will take full charge of all the principals’ properties in the United States and United Kingdom (Pacific Palisades, CA, Yellowstone Club, MT, London, UK). The successful candidate has previous management experience with high-end residences and supporting staff. This individual will have complete oversight for the overall care and maintenance of the homes, development of household systems, procedures and protocols, developing and managing staff, ensuring consistent service levels for all residences, managing capital projects as needed and managing household budgets. This individual will also work closely with architects, designers, contractors, AV/IT integrators and other vendors as needed.
The Estate Manager role exists to minimize the time required from the Principals to manage their growing domestic team and portfolio of family properties. The Principals ultimate objective is to enjoy their family properties with minimal time spent on administrative tasks and staff management. This is a full–time position and requires flexibility for travel, additional days, weekends, and longer hours as mutually agreed.
