A loving and private family in Hudson Heights, NYC is seeking a LOCAL top-notch personal assistant/house manager. The family is seeking someone who can come on site 1-2x a week, as needed, to handle items and be able to work remotely the rest. The ideal candidate will have the 24/7 mentality, be super proactive, organized, and help to make the family's life run smoothly. Attention to detail is a must and someone who understands and values discretion and family privacy. The family is seeking someone local and not looking to relocate anyone.

 

The role will be responsible for handling general administrative functions of an assistant, calendaring, travel arrangements, logistics, errands, organizing clothes, dealing with philanthropic projects, as well as the house side of handling vendors, maintenance, making sure their upstate home is ready for arrivals, etc  MUST be bilingual as Spanish is widely spoken at home. The family is looking for someone who wants longevity. This position will definitely grow through the years and with the families interests and projects.
