This is a newly created and exciting role for a seasoned, humble, hands on Estate Manager who is open to mentor and partner with our existing leadership team. In this role you’d be responsible for the oversight and management of multiple properties. The main residence is located in Palm Beach. Overall you’d be in charge of daily walk-throughs of the exterior of the home, special projects, construction projects, and preventative maintenance of the properties. The ideal person will have extensive experience in project management, budgets, negotiation, and strong administrative skills. We are looking for someone who is humble, hard working, self directed, who has an innate standard, and a willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally yourself. We need someone who can not only create systems and processes but also implement them in a collaborative way, that will help call to the strengths of the current team in place. 

Strong communication skills are required BOTH verbally and written as proximity to the principals is limited.
