Location: Olympic Valley, CA
Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm, plus 1 Saturday per month
Children: 6, 11 and 13 years old
Duties: Childcare, driving children, meal prep and cooking simple meals for the children and family, organizational projects, managing deliveries, coordinate and supervise with contractors for upkeep and repair, light housekeeping, managing the upkeep of family vehicles, pet care (two dogs), oversee family related paperwork, organizing, filing and completing necessary documentation, assist the CEO with administrative tasks and coordinating with the Executive Assistant, assist with planning and organizing family and/or business travel logistics.
Requirements: This dynamic and busy family is seeking a highly organized and caring Family Assistant to support the CEO and his family in both personal and professional capacities. This role combines childcare, household management, and light administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of daily life. The ideal candidate is a warm, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced family environment. They should have experience managing childcare alongside household tasks, a knack for anticipating needs, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into the family’s routine. This individual will take pride in ensuring the family’s day-to-day life is organized, enjoyable, and stress-free. This position requires a driver with access for a car for use on the job is required.
Salary: $40-$50 per hour, plus overtime for hours over 40, full medical benefits, paid vacation time and paid sick time
