We are seeking an ambitious, entry-level professional to provide high-level administrative and project support to senior leadership, including direct partnership with the Chairman. Provide administrative and organizational support to senior leadership and the Chairman

Assist with coordination, planning, and execution of high-priority sales and marketing initiatives

Prepare reports, presentations, and research summaries for executive review

Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic decision-making

Support customer engagement activities, account follow-up, and field-based initiatives

Participate in executive meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions, capturing notes and action items

Coordinate cross-functional tasks with peers to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Perform additional tasks and project support as assigned to meet evolving business needs

Recent graduate or early-career professional (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)

Ability to travel within the U.S. for events, projects, and fieldwork as needed

Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presence

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Fully onsite/varied work locations depending on project needs.
