The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides comprehensive administrative and personal support to ensure seamless coordination of both professional and personal priorities. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, this individual will manage scheduling, travel, communications, and special projects for the CEO. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment, and has experience supporting executives with global responsibilities.

Manage a dynamic and frequently changing calendar, ensuring alignment between personal and professional commitments.

Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flight arrangements, aviation coordination, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.

Prepare materials and presentations for board meetings, leadership meetings, and other key events.

Plan and support events such as leadership offsites, dinners, and social engagements, handling logistics from start to finish.

Partner with the Chief of Staff to ensure strategic use of the CEO’s time and alignment of priorities.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Oversee and assist with personal and household matters, including errands, vendor coordination, and scheduling.

Serve as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring communication is clear and timely.

Track expenses, process reimbursements, and manage budgets related to travel and events.

Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth daily operations.

7–10 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally including C-suite and international experience.

Proven success managing complex calendars, travel, and high-level communications.

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Experience preparing presentations and coordinating board or leadership materials.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism at all times.

High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
