Looking for a seasoned personal chef in Palm Beach for December through to May. Five days per week including weekends - 2 week days off. Would prefer a chef who lives in the area who has attended culinary school and has both restaurant and private chef experience. No food allergies or dietary concerns, but we do occasionally entertain guests who are kosher. We have a farm-to-table sensibility and prefer rustic yet elegant food over fancy and overwrought preparations. Baking skills are appreciated, strong time-management skills required. Non-smoker, please, and desire to take full command of kitchen preferred - which includes maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and appliances. Ability to work alongside and be kind to fellow staff members is a must. An eye for detail with respect to plating equally as valuable as culinary expertise - and a calm, quiet demeanor is preferred.
