A humble, successful and hard working gentleman is looking for an Executive / Personal Assistant to become an integral part of his life. He spends his time between Miami, Palm Beach and New York, and is looking for someone who is based in Florida and lives in Miami or comfortable commuting to Miami. There will possibly be some travel during the summer to New York.
Mr. Works a lot! He’s really passionate in what he does. It’s very critical that the person in this role can help make more room for fun and joy in his life, while still strategically pushing forward and making exciting things happen on the professional side. Mr. wants the ability to go on vacation for a week and to trust that when he comes back it will feel as if he never left. Mr. is very self-sufficient, so he really needs someone who is going to get in there and help gain his trust so he can start delegating more responsibilities to them.
In this role you will straddle both personal and professional life. This is truly more than an EA position, because you will have the room to grow into so many bigger roles through the different health and wellness verticals Mr is working on. The right candidate needs to have a desire to further their career and help Mr. launch his media brand. Ideally, the right candidate will have a profound interest in health, wellness, medicine, and making the world a better place. Calendaring will be a big component of the role as well, working with different members on the team located between Florida and New York.
On the personal side you’ll help get everything in the home up to speed and on auto-pilot. For the summer time you’ll help make sure he’s ready to go to New York, helping with getting his car transported, etc. On the day-to-day you might help the nanny with some purchases on Amazon, run some errands, or make some phone calls to vendors to schedule a repair within the home.
