UHNW private family searching for freelance style private chef. Meal preparation is done throughout day with late afternoon drop off (4-5pm) to principal's house. Family balances time between separate estates in Palm Beach Gardens and Palm Beach Island. Family will reside in South Florida from November 1-May roughly.
-Frequency in requests of chef will be determinant upon ability to offer unique variety in weekly menus. Family will provide feedback and learn to make requests of favorite dishes previously prepared.
-The chef is responsible for shopping, for preparing and delivering food 2-3 times per week to family home.
-Meals will be for husband, wife, and mother-in-law most consitently. Additional meals may be prepared for guest home upon occasional request.
-Menus should reflect a healthy, organic farm to table approach. Awareness of dietary restrictions and preferences is a must. Family values health and wellness practices in all parts of their lives. Allergies are observant by all family members.
-Menus to be submitted 24 hours in advance of delivery. Approved by family directly.
-Upon request, occasional opportunities may be available to cook for special occasions and special events.
-A positive, easy-going, willing to please type of personality would do well here.
-Communication with household team is of utmost importance. Logistics of drop offs are managed to respect the privacy of the family and their schedule. Time management and timeliness is essential to respecting the household.
-Requested meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner items that can easily be served as is or with limited additional preparation and heating techniques.
-Family is extremely loyal to employees who serve them well and hopes to build relationship that will be long-term.
