Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to; heavy calendar management (for corporate office & family), travel arrangements (for corporate office and family), corresponding with clients, coordinating with Chef (reviewing menus with office, dietary restrictions, etc.), interviewing & scheduling (negotiating & reference checking) vendors, coordinating with private estate full-time staff, investigating discrepancies, proofreading compliance paperwork, possible travel to NY, etc. Requirements: 5 recent years of full-time experience working as an Executive-Personal Assistant to a CEO, valid driver's license, bachelor's degree (highly preferred), proficiency in Microsoft applications, and excellent references.
