Housekeeper

Position: Full-Time Housekeeper

Location: Orlando, Florida 

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6am - 2pm 

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About Our Family:

We are a busy, active family of six with a traveling executive father and a full-time nanny. We live in a large, well-maintained 5-bedroom home and value a calm, organized, and clean environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable and detail-oriented, and can seamlessly support the smooth running of our household.

Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our home. While the main focus will be housekeeping, the ideal candidate will also be flexible and willing to occasionally assist with the children (ages: 11, 10, 6, & 2) when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
• Laundry management: washing, folding, ironing, and closet organization
• Maintaining household organization systems (pantries, linen closets, etc.)
• Changing bed linens and towels regularly
• Light meal prep or kitchen clean-up as needed
• Managing household supplies and keeping inventory stocked
• Occasional assistance with children (as backup to nanny)
• Noticing and addressing household needs proactively without constant direction

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a private home or similar environment
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
• Excellent time management and efficiency skills
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of family privacy
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take constructive feedback
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a household team
• Valid driver’s license (required for entry into community)
