Dynamic hard working, service oriented Family is looking for an Executive / Personal Assistant to become an integral part of their life and team.
The family is based in Palm Beach, Florida.
Our world moves fast, therefore we are looking for someone who can adapt to change, navigate with discernment in a home family office as well someone who can keep up with the cadence and tempo of a ever changing schedule and life. In this role you will straddle and support both the families personal and professional lives. Some of the items you’d be doing on the day to day would be helping to maintain and update our ever moving and adjusting calendar, time management, relationship management, coordinating heavy logistics/travel plans, both private and commercial, sit in meetings, capture and provide minutes of meetings, and creating a clear list of actions items. The right candidate will possess:
