Busy single mom in Santa Monica is seeking a full-time, on-staff career Personal Assistant. Her current PA has been with her for 13 (!) years and has decided to move on to a part-time role and will train the incoming person. Responsbilities include managing the house, small staff (housekeeper and a nanny -- there is a 10-year-old still at home with older adult children who are live on their own), schedule and oversee vendors, heavy calendar management, process mail, roll calls, book travel, prepare checks for the bookkeeper (QuickBooks experience is a plus), buy and wrap gifts, run errands, manage online ordering and returns, internet research, special projects and more. Must love pets as employer has several dogs and cats. Great Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule with very little "after-hours" required. $80-100K DOE, no medical insurance is offered.
