Family, including a special needs young adult seeks an Estate Manager to help with managing their properties and staff. This family has a fast paced social and business lifestyle. The role will be based north of Atlanta Metropolitan area. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. The candidate will be a team player with great management skills, the ability to multi task and a keen sense of discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee Household Caregivers
- Communicate effectively on daily basis with job duties/schedules
- Supervise household calendars & work schedules
- Weekly Team meetings
- Refine Household manual for Team
- Oversee household daily deliveries
- Oversee household food/Supplies for inventory lists at main and vacation property
- Expense reporting
- Maintain properties
- Walk properties interior/exterior. Report household concerns and manage repairs (vendors or inhouse)
- Gate Access: Maintain/update gate access list (daily basis)
- Maintain regular maintenance schedules (Maintenance Manager/Housekeeping/HVAC/Water monitors/Irrigation/Pools/Lighting/AV team (Crestron/Alexa)
- Supervise Maintenance manager
- Maintain Punch lists/distribute jobs to vendors
- Create household budget list
- Purchase household items when necessary for projects
- Oversee procedure for opening & closing vacation property for family weekends
- Oversee winterization/spring schedules for maintaining vacation property
- Supervise all vendors & contractors (day-day)
- Create proposals for new projects/supervise contractors (eg. Painters, landscaping, HVAC, AV, electricians)
- Create schedules for seasonal tasks & mange contractors (Holiday installation vendors/exterior soft washing/landscaping/irrigation/etc.)
- Supervise landscape, volleyball court & pool/pond maintenance (weekly)
- Vehicle maintenance & detailing (Cars, golfcart, RV, watercraft, all-terrain vehicles)
- Supervise care detailing
- Fuel-up cars
- Maintain maintenance logs on all vehicles
- Deliver cars to dealer for regular maintenance/recalls
- Garage door Tailwind project coordination with AV Team
- RV setup & return
- Plan for trips/clean & stock RV for trips
- Work with AV Team to maintain TVs/electronics
- Maintenance- Maintain list & coordinate with mechanics
- Water/Waste-management
- Storage
- Maintain all technology & software (AV Team)
- Supervise AV team to keep smart home/electronics operating efficiently
- Maintain music on Crestron system
- Leak sensor monitoring
QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTER TRAITS
Experience managing properties for high-net-worth families
Experience scheduling and managing staff and contractors
Flexibility regarding emergencies and unexpected changes
Ability to prioritize and pivot to serve a fast paced lifestyle
Experience managing functions and events
Ability to create and maintain procedure manuals, service logs and other detailed records
Experience with inventory control
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Monday.com preferred
Ability to work on a team and fulfill employer needs

Experience with special needs adults preferred
CPR & First Aid
