Private Chef

A private household of two adults in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida is seeking a professional private chef for weekend coverage (Saturday & Sunday).

Schedule:

Full day service on both days, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Cuisine & Style:

The household enjoys comforting, nourishing food prepared with care and intention. Familiarity with Mediterranean, Italian and/or Persian cuisine is a plus, but not required.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of macro-based cooking and portion control
• Nutritonal knowledge is essential 
• Experience with whole foods, organic ingredients, and farm-to-table cooking
• Ability to execute menus aligned with precise daily household macros
• High standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Calm, quiet working style (open kitchen environment)
• Professional demeanor, good manners, humility, and respect for the household

Structure & Support:

• All menu planning and ingredient sourcing will be provided by the household Head Chef
• The selected candidate will receive clear guidance, instruction, and training for the weekend workflow

Trial & Eligibility:

• A paid trial weekend may be requested
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation:

Competitive and discussed in person, based on experience.
